1. Structure:
Solenoid valves are generally composed of solenoid actuators and valve bodies. 2. Working principle:
When the solenoid valve is in the closed state, under the action of the spring force and the gravity of the valve core, the sealing surface of the valve core sealing block is in close contact with the annular plane of the valve seat. Because the annular plane of the valve seat is very small, the sealing surface of the valve core forms a small annular sealing band, which plays a good sealing role. When the coil is energized, the valve core moves upward against the pressure of the spring force and its own weight under the action of the electromagnetic force. At this time, the valve core sealing surface is separated from the valve seat, the pipeline is connected, and the medium flows out through the valve core hole; when the coil is de-energized, the coil The electromagnetic attraction force disappears, and the valve core moves downward under the action of the spring force to close the air circuit.
Three, the design features of the miniature solenoid valve:
① The solenoid valve core is the executive part of the solenoid valve, and its performance directly determines the performance of the solenoid valve, so the design of the solenoid valve core is very important. The structure type of the spool is critical to its suction power. The electromagnetic structure of the solenoid valve adopts the spiral tube type. The air gap of the solenoid solenoid is in the middle of the excitation coil, and the suction and stroke are relatively large. It is suitable as a control element to control the opening and closing of valves.
② Magnetic isolation ring design. The effective magnetic flux of the moving iron core determines the attractive force of the electromagnet. In addition to increasing the magnetic induction, improving the attractive force of the electromagnet needs to minimize the magnetic flux leakage, so that as many magnetic induction lines as possible pass through the moving iron core, so that the main working magnetic circuit is unblocked, instead of the non-working magnetic circuit's resistance tending to infinity. It is best to add a non-magnetic material ring in the electromagnet core to block the leakage of the non-working magnetic circuit.
③The electromagnet of the solenoid valve adopts a frameless winding method. The enameled wire is directly wound on the magnetic core of the electromagnet to form the magnetic core electromagnetic coil, which is then threadedly connected with the electromagnetic shell to reduce the volume. The solenoid coil is positioned through a threaded connection, no glue injection is required. In addition, the coil is in direct contact with the iron core of the electromagnet, which is conducive to the heat dissipation of the electromagnet; at the same time, a permanent magnet is added to the magnetic core to form a bias magnetic field and improve the response speed.
