Solenoid valve selection reference
One: Single-acting cylinder with two-position three-way valve, direct-acting responsive, and can work reliably at zero pressure or negative pressure, such as 371, 372, 331, 333 type
1, the switching frequency is high, and the cylinder only need to extend, retract two positions, and there is always a position of pressure, choose two five-way single electric control, such as YSY5120-5LZD-01.
2, the switching frequency is low, one side needs a long time to ventilate, and the cylinder only needs to extend, retract two positions, and one position always has pressure, choose two five-way double electric control (double electric control can realize self-locking function), such as YSY5220-5LZD-01.
3, the cylinder in the work, the middle of the need to stop, that is, the cylinder has extended, the middle of the pause, and then extended or retracted three positions, but the middle of the pause must lock the pause position, choose three five-way seal type, such as YSY5320-5LZD-01.
4, the cylinder in the work, the middle of the need to stop, that is, the cylinder out, the middle pause, and then extend or retract three positions, but the middle pause does not lock the pause position, and can loosely slide the cylinder piston rod, choose three five-way in the drain, such as YSY5420-5LZD-01.
5, the cylinder in the work, the middle of the need to pause, that is, the cylinder out, the middle pause, in the outreach or retraction of the three positions, but the middle pause, there is a smaller force always make the cylinder completely out to the end (the force is a pressure difference, depending on the size of the piston rod cross-sectional area) choose three five-way in the pressure type, such as YSY5520-5LZD-01.
Three: If your air pressure is lower than 0.1Mpa or as high as 1.6Mpa or negative pressure (vacuum), use external pilot two-way or three-way five-way.
1, When using ultra-low pressure or ultra-high pressure, the access pressure of external pilot valve is still 0.2Mpa-0.7Mpa, thus pushing the valve stem to complete the switch of airflow direction of ultra-low pressure or ultra-high pressure. The external pilot air inlet source and the ultra-low or ultra-high pressure source are two non-interfering air sources.
2, If the large flow of negative pressure (vacuum) and positive pressure enter the same pipeline and need to switch in real time (vacuum and destruction combination), the external pilot three-way five-way center seal type can be used, which can easily realize no air when not energized (positive and negative pressure are not available), and when the A side is energized, the negative pressure; when the B side is energized, the positive pressure. Such as YSY 7000series 7320-5LZD-02.
3, External pilot three five-way can easily realize two different pressure of the gas source real-time switching output.
